    Book your Sermorelin appointment through the app. You’ll complete a health intake form and consent paperwork prior to your consult. (Please note: Sermorelin is not suitable for those who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have certain cancer risks.)

    2. In-Person Pre-Consult Assessment

    Before your virtual consult, a provider will meet with you in person to:
    • Review your medical history and vitals
    • Confirm intake and consent forms
    • Provide education on Sermorelin and how it works
    • Guide you through two short videos on how to mix and inject the peptide

    3. Provider Telehealth Consult

    Once your assessment and education are complete, you’ll meet virtually with the prescribing provider to finalize approval. If eligible, your prescription will be sent to the pharmacy and shipped directly to you.

    4. Ongoing Support & Monitoring

    • Follow-ups happen at week 3, then every 4 weeks with a Service Provider (vitals, reassessment, education).
